Kim Kondo is Founder and President of Mfactor. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the business and founded Mfactor five years ago because she felt there was a chance to change the way meetings and events were handled. That in fact, they could be more memorable, productive and cost effective if a personal touch were applied in the right places. Her theory has been validated with Mfactor growing over 100% every year since its inception.

Prior to Mfactor, Kim was the top salesperson at a leading Bay Area meeting and event company, selling meetings and events services to a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients. Along with her sales efforts at TPG she brought her operational expertise to the company as well. Prior to TPG she spent years learning all aspects of the business working for companies such as: Rosenbluth Travel, ADI Incentive, Nippon Travel Company and Thomas Cook Travel.

Kim graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications and business. She has a strong passion for Education in California and is very active in the San Carlos Education Fund, where she was instrumental in helping raise over one million dollars for the San Carlos schools. In her free time she keeps herself busy with family, her kid's many activities, friends, sports and in general "just trying to keep up".

Christina Conroy has been with Mfactor since its inception and is now the Director of Operations. She has a strong foundation with 10 years of experience, creating motivating corporate events. Her well rounded background in registration and program management gives her the insight needed to ensure that her team, consisting of registration, web and program development, stays focused and is able to produce on-target, out-of-the-box events always staying ahead of the curve. Her team strives to maintain high customer service levels, with a true understanding of their client's goals to continually produce well thought out, one of a kind programs. Christina is a graduate of Holy Names College, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management.

Molly Elazier works with our clients to manage every aspect of their events in her role as Senior Account Manager. She partners with the rest of the Mfactor team in all departments to deliver the ultimate in operational efficiency with flawless quality. Molly has 12 years of industry experience and understands the unique needs of high profile meeting and incentive planning. Molly knows exactly how to leverage venues and suppliers to maximize our support to each client-meet and exceed expectations. Molly is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor's in Southeast Asian Studies.

Katie Ryan has worked in Mfactor's Operations Department for three years. With extensive experience as a registration manager, particularly in the user conference arena, Katie works as one of the integral Account Managers on the Mfactor team. Her prior experience in the hotel industry strengthens Katie's experience as a behind the scenes agent that ensures a top notch program from start to finish. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor's in Communication and a Minor in Women Studies, Katie uses her education to make sure that every part of the program reflects the client's message to its attendees with consciousness and creativity.

Laura Agorio Laura Agorio is our most recent addition to the Mfactor team coming on board as a Senior Account Manager. Laura brings to Mfactor over 11 years of well rounded industry experience having worked both as a corporate and third party planner. Laura's experience spans from planning corporate conferences with attendance ranging from 100 to 10,000 attendees as well as tradeshows and high level incentives. Her passion for people and planning has helped her excel in delivering one successful event after another for her clients. Laura is a graduate of The University of California San Diego with a degree in European History and double minor in Political Science and Spanish Literature.
